Comprehensive Capital Plan

Consistent with our 2019 capital plan, the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $.185 per Common Share for the second quarter of 2020. Per our announcement on March 17, 2020, share repurchase activity has been temporarily suspended in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
