Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 18, 2007, Telular Corporation announced that Daniel G. Giacopelli has resigned from his positions as executive vice president and chief technical officer. Mr. Giacopelli’s resignation will be effective May 25, 2007. Mr. Giacopelli will depart the Company after an extended period of service in order to pursue other interests
