("ACOF Management") is the general partner of ACOF. ACOF Operating Manager, L.P. ("ACOF Operating") is the general partner of ACOF Management, and the manager of ACOF. The general partner of ACOF Operating is Ares Management, Inc. ("Ares Inc.").
