Disposals	NOTE 2: DISPOSALS On January 16, 2014, we announced the execution of agreements to sell branch banks in Overland Park, Anthony, and Harper, Kansas, which were all a part of our Kansas operating segment. After strategic evaluation, we decided to sell these branches in order to invest our capital and resources in Wichita, Hutchinson, and South Hutchinson to better fit our product lines in Kansas, along with our banking offices in Oklahoma and Texas. There are no further plans to divest of any other banking offices at this time, and we will focus on growing our presence in other markets in which we operate. During the second quarter of 2014, the Overland Park branch was sold to Fidelity Bank in Wichita, Kansas, and the Anthony and Harper, Kansas branches were sold to BancCentral, National Association, in Alva, Oklahoma. The sold branches had combined total deposits of $130.6 million and loans of $27.9 million. These transactions resulted in a net gain of $4.4 million, which is included as a separate line item under noninterest income in the gain on sale of bank branches, net line item on the unaudited consolidated statements of operations.
