STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION
Employee Share Purchase Plan
As of July 3, 2016, there are 4,450,000 shares of our common stock reserved for issuance under our Employee Share Purchase Plan.
1995 Stock Incentive Plan
At our 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, our shareholders approved an amendment to our 1995 Stock Incentive Plan (the “1995 Plan”) to increase the number of shares of our common stock reserved for issuance under the plan from 11,500,000 to 11,750,000.
