SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 23, 2024, the company declared a first quarter 2024 dividend of $0.205 per common share, payable on June 4, 2024, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 14, 2024 with an ex-dividend date of May 13, 2024. On April 23, 2024, the company declared a preferred dividend of $14.75 per preferred share to the holders of preferred shares representing the period from March 1, 2024 through May 31, 2024. The preferred dividend is payable on June 3, 2024.
