SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 25, 2023, the company declared a second quarter 2023 dividend of $0.20 per common share, payable on September 5, 2023, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2023 with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2023. On July 25, 2023, the company declared a preferred dividend of $14.75 per preferred share to the holders of preferred shares representing the period from June 1, 2023 through August 31, 2023. The preferred dividend is payable on September 1, 2023 to preferred shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2023.
