(1)    During the year ended December 31, 2020, the company recorded an impairment expense of $17.8 million to transaction, integration and restructuring expense related to a property we intend to sublease, of which $4.4 million related to leasehold improvements and $13.4 million related to the right-of-use assets (see Note 15, “Operating Leases”).
