SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 5, 2016, the company increased its ownership of Religare Invesco Asset Management Company, previously our joint venture in India, from 49% to 100%. On April 28, 2016, the company announced a first quarter 2016 dividend of 28.0 cents per share, payable on June 3, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 13, 2016 with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2016.
