Retention	Retention receivable is the amount withheld by a customer until a contract is completed. Retention receivables of $5.0 million and $1.1 million were included in the balance of trade accounts receivable as of January 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively.Retention payable is the amount withheld by the Company until a contract is completed. There was no retention payables at January 31, 2014 and $0.4 million was included in the balance of trade accounts payable at January 31, 2013.
