Business segment reporting. The Company has two reportable segments. Piping systems engineers, designs, manufactures and sells specialty piping and leak detection and location systems. Filtration products manufactures and sells a wide variety of filter elements for air filtration and particulate collection. Effective May 1, 2013, industrial process cooling ceased to be a reportable segment of the Company. Included in corporate and other activity is a subsidiary that engineers, designs, manufactures and sells chillers, plant circulating systems and accessories for industrial process applications but is not sufficiently large to constitute a reportable segment.
