Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Event The Winchester filtration hourly rated employees are covered by a defined benefit plan. Subsequent to April 30, 2013, the Company decided to freeze the pension plan benefit accruals effective June 30, 2013. This freeze will not have a material effect on the Company's financial statements.
