Retention	Retention receivable is the amount withheld by a customer until a contract is completed. Retention receivables of $1.6 million and $0.6 million were included in the balance of trade accounts receivable as of January 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.Retention payable is the amount withheld by the Company until a contract is completed. Retention payables of $0.5 million and $0.4 million were included in the balance of trade accounts payable as of January 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
