Retention	Note 3 - Retention Retention receivable is the amount withheld by a customer until a contract is completed. Retention receivables of $0.6 million and $2.2 million were included in the balance of trade accounts receivable as of January 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Retention payable is the amount withheld by the Company until a contract is completed. Retention payables of $0.4 million and $0.2 million were included in the balance of trade accounts payable as of January 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
