Plantronics Declares Quarterly Dividend

Santa Cruz,CA-January 22, 2007 - Plantronics, Inc., (NYSE: PLT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable on March 9, 2007 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 9, 2007.

“We are pleased to announce our eleventh consecutive dividend payment to our stockholders,” said Ken Kannappan, President and Chief Executive Officer.
