RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS
In February 2016, the Financial Accounting Standards Board issued ASU 2016-02, Leases (“ASU 2016-02”). Under ASU 2016-02, lessees are required to recognize a lease liability and a corresponding ROU asset on the balance sheet for virtually all leases, essentially eliminating off-balance sheet financing. On March 31, 2019, the Company adopted ASU 2016-02 using the modified retrospective approach and recognized $57.3 million in ROU assets within Other Assets and $68.5 million in lease liabilities, of which $25.7 million and $42.8 million were included within Accrued Liabilities and Other Long-Term Liabilities, respectively, on the Consolidated Balance Sheet. The initial ROU assets recognized were adjusted for accrued rent and facility-related restructuring liabilities as of the adoption date. The adoption of ASU 2016-02 did not have a material impact on the Company's Consolidated Statements of Operations.

Recent accounting pronouncements issued by the FASB are not expected to have a material impact on the Company's financial position, results of operations, or cash flows.
