SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 31, 2017, the Company announced that its Audit Committee had declared and approved the payment of a dividend of $0.15 per share on December 8, 2017 to holders of record on November 20, 2017. On October 18, 2017, the Company received a favorable verdict in the antitrust action brought by GN Netcom, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
