Restructuring	Restructuring As part of a transition in filter packaging technology and due to a change in product mix, the Company restructured its filter related operations during the nine months ended September 29, 2012. The Company recorded and paid a restructuring charge of $1,763 primarily related to severance costs. These costs were recorded to cost of goods sold in the statement of operations. No restructuring costs were incurred or paid in the three months ended September 29, 2012.
