RESTRUCTURING	RESTRUCTURING During the fourth quarter of 2012, the Company initiated a cost reduction action that included downsizing its workforce to realign the Company's organization to support its strategy to stabilize its core business and position the Company for growth. Restructuring charges of $4.5 million were recognized during the first half of 2013. The restructuring activities were completed in the second quarter of 2013.
