RESTRUCTURING	RESTRUCTURING During the fourth quarter of 2012, the Company initiated a cost reduction action that included downsizing workforce to realign the Company's organization to support its strategy to stabilize its core business and position the Company for growth. Restructuring charges of $4.8 million were recognized during the three months ended March 31, 2013.
