        <footnote id="F1">On March 1, 2010, Regent Communcations, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries filed their Joint Plan of Reorganiziation Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the &quot;Plan&quot;) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Pursuant to the Plan, certain holders of first lien claims exchanged their debt claims for equity in the Company. This equity was then exchanged for equity in Regent Holdings, LLC.</footnote>
        <footnote id="F2">The shares of Regent Communications, Inc. reported in Table I are owned directly by Regent Holdings, LLC.  OCM Principal Opportunities Fund IV AIF (Delaware), L.P.(&quot;Fund IV&quot;) is the principal unitholder of Regent Holdings, LLC.  Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (&quot;Oaktree&quot;) is the investment manager of Fund IV.  As a result, Oaktree may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the shares held directly by Regent Holdings, LLC.  The reporting person is a Managing Director of Oaktree, a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.  By virtue of being a managing director of Oaktree, the reporting person may be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of the shares beneficially owned by Fund IV.
