Mountain Grove, Missouri (September 17, 2009) – First Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ - FstBksh: FBSI), the holding company for First Home Savings Bank, today announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2009.
