Not applicable. The Units are owned directly by WSS. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these Units except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. Transfer from Star-Weiler Limited Partnership, an Ohio limited partnership (Star-Weiler), to WSS. Units acquired by NP Limited Partnership, an Ohio limited partnership (NP), in which the reporting person holds an indirect beneficial interest by virtue of his general partnership interest in WSS. WSS also owns an interest in Star-Weiler. Star-Weiler has an indirect beneficial interest in NP. Of this total, 47,430 Units are owned directly by WSS and 30,727 Units are owned directly by NP. Of the 30,727 Units owned by NP, 10,730 Units are attributable on a pro-rata basis to WSS and 19,997 Units are attributable to Star-Weiler.
