Since that time, the Company has been involved in completing its due diligence in these matters and other related transactions. The Company has limited resources and staffing available to it, accordingly, the Company expects that it will be unable to file its Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2007 within the prescribed period. The delay could not have been avoided without undue hardship or expense.
