In connection with the March 2, 2020 release by Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI), the “Company” or “Sinclair,” of additional guidance in response to investor inquiries following the February 26, 2020 release of the Company’s financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2019, the Company provided additional quarterly segment financial disclosures, which additional disclosures may be accessed at the Company’s website, www.sbgi.net, under "Investors/ Non GAAP Measures."
