Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	Voluntary Severance Program: During the second quarter of 2013, we implemented a voluntary severance program in order to lower cash operating costs and change the structure of our organization to better align with our focus on domestic resource plays. At December 31, 2013, the total expense of the voluntary severance program was approximately $9 million, all of which has been recognized in "General and administrative" expense in our consolidated statement of operations.
