Subsequent Event	13. Subsequent Event In July 2024, the Company agreed to finance a third party’s development of a 239-unit multifamily apartment community currently under construction located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This development is expected to deliver first units in the second quarter of 2025, to be completed in the first quarter of 2026 and to reach stabilization in the fourth quarter of 2026 at a total cost of approximately $112 million. The Company has the option to purchase the development once it is stabilized.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
