SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Acquisitions On January 15, 2014, we closed on the purchase of the 312-unit Grand Cypress apartment community located in Cypress (Houston), Texas. This property was previously a part of our Fund II Joint Venture. On January 31, 2014, we closed on the purchase of the 250-unit Venue at Stonebridge Ranch apartment community located in McKinney (Dallas), Texas. This property was previously a part of our Fund II Joint Venture. Dispositions On January 15, 2014, we closed on the sale of the 285-unit Willow Creek apartment community located in Columbus, Georgia.
