Real Estate Acquisitions	Real Estate Acquisitions On April 2, 2012, we purchased Adalay Bay, a 240 unit apartment community located in Chesapeake, Virginia. On April 5, 2012, we purchased Legacy at Western Oaks, a 479 unit apartment community located in Austin, Texas. This property was purchased directly from one of our joint ventures, Mid-America Multifamily Fund II, LLC. On May 10, 2012, we purchased Allure in Buckhead Village, a 230 unit apartment community with approximately 23,000 square feet of retail space located in Atlanta, Georgia.
