NovelStem International Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to complete the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “2024 Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time frame. Additional time is needed to complete the report and our auditors need additional time to complete the audit of the Company’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Company expects to file the 2024 Form 10-K within five calendar days following the prescribed filing date.
