[2] During each of the years presented, the Company recognized asset impairment charges for certain retail locations resulting from under-performance and expected store closures. During fiscal 2016, the Company recorded asset impairment charges related to its Americas Retail, Europe and Asia segments of $1.6 million, $0.6 million and $0.1 million, respectively.
