Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events: On October 24, 2019, the Company announced a dividend/distribution of $0.75 per share for common stockholders and OP Unit holders of record on November 8, 2019. All dividends/distributions will be paid 100% in cash on December 3, 2019. On October 24, 2019, the Company agreed to terms with a group of lenders to replace the existing loan on Kings Plaza Shopping Center with a new $555,000 ten-year loan that will bear interest at 3.67%. The loan is expected to close during the three months ended December 31, 2019.
