Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 13, 2006, Navarre Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it was in the process of determining the effect on the Company’s fiscal year 2006 third quarter financial results of the recently announced Musicland Holding Corp. Chaper 11 bankruptcy petition. This press release is attached as exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company indicated that its exposure with Musicland was $12.8 million as of December 31, 2005.
