On October 20, 2011 the workers at our Eastlake, Ohio brass instrument manufacturing facility notified us that they have ended the strike that began on July 26, 2011. The union at this plant subsequently accepted our last contract offer, which includes freezing the defined benefit plan, the impact of which is currently being calculated and will be recognized during the fourth quarter of 2011.

On October 24, 2011 our Chief Executive Officer stepped down from his operating position. As a result, we will incur a $2.7 million separation charge during the fourth quarter of 2011.
