Our significant accounting policies were described in Note 2 to our audited Consolidated Financial Statements included in our 2010 Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010. There have been no significant changes in our accounting policies for the first half of fiscal year 2011.

Recent Accounting Pronouncements — There have been no recent accounting pronouncements not yet adopted by the Company which would have a material impact on our financial statements.
