PartnerRe Ltd. Declares Dividend on Preferred Shares

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, May 20, 2024 – PartnerRe Ltd. (“the Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the period March 15, 2024 – June 14, 2024 of $0.3046875 per share on the Company’s 4.875% Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, Series J. The dividend is payable on June 17, 2024 to shareholders of record on May 31, 2024.
