In November 2023, the FASB issued Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) 2023-07, Segment Reporting (Topic 280) – Improvements to Reportable Segment Disclosures. This ASU requires that a public entity provide additional segment disclosures on an interim and annual basis. The amendments in this ASU should be applied retrospectively to all prior periods presented in the financial statements, unless impracticable. Upon transition, the segment expense categories and amounts disclosed in the prior periods should be based on the significant segment expense categories identified and disclosed in the period of adoption. The ASU is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2023 and interim periods within fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2024. Early adoption is permitted. The Company is currently evaluating the impact of the adoption on the Company’s consolidated financial statements and accompanying footnotes.

In June 2016, the FASB issued ASU No. 2016-13, Financial Instruments – Credit Losses: Measurement of Credit Losses on Financial Instruments, which requires an entity to measure and recognize expected credit losses for certain financial instruments held at the reporting date based on historical experience, current conditions, and reasonable and supportable forecasts. This update to the standard requires immediate recognition of credit losses expected to occur over the remaining life of many financial instruments. The Company adopted ASU 2016-13 as of July 1, 2023. The adoption of this standard did not have a material impact on the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the nine months ended March 31, 2024.
