Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
 
On December 17, 2020, Angela Rossetti, an independent director, resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Palatin Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) and as a member of the Comjpany’s Audit Committee (the “Audit Committee”) and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (the “NCG Committee”).
 
The resignation of Ms. Rossetti was not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
