Subsequent Events	15.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On December 2, 2014, the Company announced that it had been selected by the HRA to operate the pari-mutuel off-track horse betting network in Southern Alberta beginning in 2015. The Company will form a new subsidiary, Century Bets! Inc, (“CBS”), in 2015 to operate the off-track betting network. Under a memorandum of understanding with the principal owner of Rocky Mountain Turf Club (“RMTC”), CCE will own 75% of CBS and RMTC will own 25% of CBS. The Company anticipates CBS will begin operating the pari-mutuel network in the second quarter of 2015.
