Subsequent Events	(18) Subsequent Events Declaration of Quarterly Dividend On October 17, 2018, the Company’s Board authorized and declared a quarterly dividend to all of our common stockholders of $0.250 per share of common stock, payable on November 28, 2018, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2018.
