(13) Restructuring

We have undergone restructuring actions to align our business operations. The $0.1 million of restructuring expenses recognized in the three months ended March 31, 2018 related primarily to the abandonment of yards, or portions of yards due to the 2015 divesture of our wood mobile office business. These costs were included in prior year plans but were not accruable at the time of the previous charges.

Of the $0.9 million of restructuring expense recognized in the three months ended March 31, 2017, approximately $0.5 million of expenses largely related to the abandonment of yards, or portions of yard, as well as related fleet and other costs due to the divestiture of our wood mobile office business.

The following table details accrued restructuring obligations (included in accrued liabilities in the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets) and related activity for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017 and the three-month period ended March 31, 2018:
