Employee Benefit Plans	Note 13 — Employee Benefit Plans We sponsor defined contribution plans covering eligible employees. The plans provide for employer contributions based on the level of employee participation. As part of a prior expense reduction program, the Company suspended the 401(k) corporate matching contribution. As a result, there was no contribution expense for the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010. The 401(k) corporate matching contribution continues to be suspended for 2013.
