Coca-Cola FEMSA Announces Changes

to the Board of Directors

Mexico City, Mexico – September 28, 2022 – Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: KOFUBL; NYSE: KOF) (“Coca-Cola FEMSA” or the “Company”), the largest Coca-Cola franchise bottler in the world by sales volume, announces changes to the Board of Directors, effective September 28, 2022.

Mr. José Henrique Cutrale has been appointed as a Board member by our Series A shareholders, through which FEMSA indirectly participates in Coca-Cola FEMSA. Mr. José Henrique Cutrale will be replacing Mr. José Luis Cutrale, after his unfortunate passing last August.

Mrs. Graziela Cutrale has been apointed as Alternate Director by our Series A shareholders, replacing Mr. José Henrique Cutrale.

Coca-Cola FEMSA recognizes Mr. José Luis Cutrale for his dedication and commitment to the Company, after more than 18 years as a Board member. Mr. Cutrale was a man of great deeds and leaves a legacy within Coca-Cola FEMSA.
