("Coca-Cola FEMSA") and Panamerican Beverages, Inc. ("Panamco") today announced that they have received notice that the waiting period under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act with respect to the proposed acquisition by Coca-Cola FEMSA of Panamco has been terminated early. The closing of the proposed acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver of other conditions.
