On January 11, 2017, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release stating that, on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at approximately 4:45 p.m. (ET), the Corporation is expected to release its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016, and will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Jan. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Astoria Financial Corporation (NYSE: AF), announced that it expects to report fourth quarter 2016 earnings on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at approximately 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). The Company also announced that Monte N. Redman, President & CEO of Astoria, will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
