("BorgWarner" or the "Company") has no information that tin, tantalum, tungsten and/or gold ("3TG") necessary to the functionality or production of its products financed or benefited armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC") or an adjoining country that shares an internationally recognized border with the DRC (the "Conflict Region").
