Related Party Arrangements	(5) Related Party Arrangements Transactions with the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer The Company has entered into unrestricted research grants with its President and Chief Executive Officer’s academic research laboratory at the University of Colorado. Funding of any unrestricted research grants is contingent upon the Company’s financial condition, and can be deferred or terminated at the Company’s discretion. Total expense under these arrangements for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015 was $427,000 and $375,000, respectively.
