Summary of Potentially Dilutive Shares of Common Stock

Because the Company reported a net loss for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014, all potentially dilutive shares of common stock have been excluded from the computation of the dilutive net loss per share for all periods presented. As of December 31, 2015, none of the outstanding warrants were in-the-money and none of the outstanding stock options were in-the-money; therefore, they would have been excluded from our weighted-average diluted earnings per share calculation.
