Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In February 2014, the Company terminated a 50,000 square foot lease at the Seven Corners shopping center and received a lease termination fee of $1.85 million which will be recognized as revenue in the first quarter. The space was previously occupied by a furniture store that had vacated during 2013 and the lease was scheduled to expire in early 2016. A short term lease for the entire space has been executed with another furniture store while the Company is working on re-tenanting the space under a long term lease.
