TAXES	NOTE 8. TAXES For the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, the Company’s effective tax rate was 19.6% and 20.1%, respectively. No uncertain tax positions were recorded as of September 30, 2019 and 2018. No change in uncertain tax positions is anticipated over the next twelve months.
